Been a few days…

… but I think I’m on track. Dinner Saturday night was a low-point affair (delicious grilled pork and veggies!), which I rounded off with beer and corn chips and salsa & quacamole. Then dug into the points a bit with another beer and some ice cream. I estimate 10 bonus points, leaving me with 22.
Yesterday on my way to the writer’s conference, I had a bacon egg & cheese bagel, and some cream and sugar in my coffee. Then I had some KFC wings and mashed potatoes, and one more buscuit than I should have had. Then for dinner, I had some naan and leftover steak, followed up by a can of birch beer and some rum. I never had a good handle on how many points I ate, but I doubt it covered the whole 55 I had left (including bonus points). Nonetheless, I’m going to pretend they’re all gone for the remainder of the week.
For breakfast, I had some cheerios and milk. 5 points. 28 left today.

So last night I had a pork chop (5 points), some macaroni & cheese (7 points) and some salad with a little crumbled gorgonzola on it. (2 points) That covered the 14 points I had left in the night, and I broke ground on my bonus points by having my leftover tomato soup, and a little later, some olives. (3 points total).
As for this morning, I had another sausage-egg sandwich, this time on a honey-wheat bagel, bumping it up to 9 points. And I’ve got some more coffee brewin’.

Breakfast — a blueberry bagel with butter. 8 points.
Lunch: A ham & cheese andwich, with mustard and pickles. 11 points.
Tool: Qdoba’s nutrition calculator, which convinced me not to have their delicious ancho bbq burrito for lunch today — but will allow me to cut it in half and have it for lunch two days next week, perhaps. It let’s you build your own meal, and calculates it a la cart.

Last Night, This Morning.

Last night, had some jamaican shrimp & rice for dinner with a salad… a pretty low-point affair. Used my remaining points on a tasty dessert: a banana with peanut butter, a small glass of milk, and a bite-size milky way bar to top it off.
This morning? Triple sliced bagel with cream cheese on 2slices, butter & jalapeno jelly on the third. Nine poins should do it. (Iced coffee on the side, of course. Which reminds me: I need to buy more coffee.)

Never had anything else to eat last night… just relaxed and, eventually, konked out.
Started today with a bagel & snuffaluffagus cheese and a cup of black coffee. I weighed the cheese. 8 points total.

So, for breakfast I had another multi-sliced bagel, with some suffaluffagus cheese on a couple slices, a little bit of butter on a waffer-thin slice, and some butter and jalapeno jelly on the last. Some iced black coffee to wash it down. I’m calling it 10 points. A bit big for a breakfast, but considering I ate it at 3 p.m., I think I’m coming out ahead.
I think the drizzle’s stopped. Gonna go out and wish the persistent fest mud off my car.

Had a multi-sliced bagel today… more surface area, but i managed not to increase my cream cheese (well, neufchatel cheese) intake to accommodate. As a matter of fact, I cut it down, and instead used the thinnest spread of butter imaginable on the other two slices. I’m giving myself a point for the butter, a point for the snuffaluffagus cheese, and six points for the bagel. So, and eight-point breakfast… though I may go downstairs and have some grapes in a while.
Also: Iced coffee! Zero points!
Bonus points have been reset at 35.
