I finished up my General Tso’s chicken from Sunday’s D&D game… we were out of rice, so I ate it on it’s own. (It’s breaded anyway… what do I need rice for?) I’m estimating it at 10 points. So, 18 points so far, 16 more to go. With London Broil, roast peppers and beets on deck for dinner. (Plus some lawnmowing in a couple hours as well, so I might get an activity point or two from that.)

I planned on having some sushi for lunch today. But the parking meter next to my space when I went to get my comics read “F.A.I.L.,” so I didn’t have a lot of confidence in a long-term stay. So I found a sushi restaurant on my ride home… and after I parked, I found out it was closed, despite the “Open” sign on the door. So, rather than get back in the car, I stopped at the Chinese restaurant down the street and had some lackluster curry chicken. Which I estimate cost me 16 points for lunch instead of the 8 I was planning to spend.
I’ve got a weigh-in in a little while, and I know in the long run it’s not a big deal (as long as I stay within my point totals, which are nine more for the day, plus my six remaining bonus points) it certainly doesn’t have me brimming with confidence.
I tried to plan, and got derailed the minute I encountered an obstacle. Ugh.

Breakfast: Had Ham, egg & cheese on a bagel: 11 points.
Lunch: Some peanut-butter cheese crackers, 4 points.
Lots of iced coffee throughout. 0 points.
Dinner was some (not all) of an order of General Tso’s chicken and an egg roll. The egg roll is 5 points, the chicken & rice I’m calling 16.
All told, that was 36 points. 34 for the day, two for bonus points. Pretty damn good, actually.
