Little breakfast, big lunch.

September 25, 2009

Breakfast was just a plate of strawberries… and then later at the laundromat, I had some weight watchers pizza-flavored pretzel thins. Not really my cuppa tea.

But on those 4 points, I piled on some wings at World of Wings. I’m counting them as 15 points. So, 19 points so far today — which leaves 14 points for dinner and D&D.

I might be breaking into those bonus points again.

Meeting, Lunch, Egg.

September 17, 2009

First of all, I went to the meeting today and I lost…

Goose-egg! Delicious goose egg!

Goose-egg! Delicious goose egg!

Goose egg.

Once again, there’s no change in my weight, up or down. And yet… I went a little earlier in the day than usual, so I might have weighed a little less because of that. But I also wore jeans to a meeting instead of shorts for the first time in a long while, so I definitely weighed a little more because of that. So it could still be a wash.

Better than a gain, anyway.

Anyway, there’s nothing–nothing!–in the house, sandwich-wise, so I made myself some chicken rotini soup — the can says it should be 4 points. So 8 points so far! 25 left to go! (I’ll probably have some chips and salsa to take care of some of that, sooner or later.)

And I’m drinking black coffee — New England Coffee is on sale at the A&P, and I bought 3 packs. Brew, my pretties! Brew!

Haven’t been toooo bad.

September 17, 2009

But I haven’t been too good either. Managed to salvage today, though. Had a late lunch, and planned on a small sandwich at the coffee shop while I wrote. Only the kitchen was closed, since their usual chef was out. So I ran down the street and get myself an italian hoagie — and not a very good one, but pretty big* — for lunch.Had a banana, too.

So when dinnertime came, I at least recognized that I wasn’t hungry yet. Had 6 points worth of hummus and mini-pitas as a snack, but that’s it. I don’t know if I completely salvaged the day, but it’s been hours since I ate that and I’m not hungry again yet.

Tomorrow I’ll hit a meeting, and find out the damage done.

Another ham sandwich lunch.

September 14, 2009

But this time on two burger rolls rather than two slices of bread. Same amount of meat & cheese though — i measured. 12 pints instead of 11. (Drinking some black coffee with it.)

Breakfast, lunch and tool.

September 10, 2009

Breakfast — a blueberry bagel with butter. 8 points.

Lunch: A ham & cheese andwich, with mustard and pickles. 11 points.

Tool: Qdoba’s nutrition calculator, which convinced me not to have their delicious ancho bbq burrito for lunch today — but will allow me to cut it in half and have it for lunch two days next week, perhaps. It let’s you build your own meal, and calculates it a la cart.

Not up, not down.

September 9, 2009

Went to my meeting, and was met with no change at the scale at all. Which is better than up, but not quite as good as down.

Had lunch afterward: a little sushi (4 points), a glass of limeade (2 points) and a sample red velvet bar they gave me at the meeting: 1 point. It was pretty good, too.

So that’s that. I’m 14 points into the day. Dinner’s coming up next.

Made a sandwich from some leftover rotisserie chicken, lowfat mayo and wheat bread. Plus, I had some olives. 9 points, total.

Breakfast & Lunch

September 4, 2009

Breakfast: Egg sandwich, with cheese and ham. 9 points.

Lunch: chicken sausage sandwich on hamburger bun: 6 points. tortilla chips and salsa: 3 points.

18 points so far: 15 left to go!

For now, though, I’m gonna walk to the mechanic’s to pick up my car. Activity points? Could be…

Rob

I’m counting it as 10 points, using only 1 point for the slice of cheese this time. I weighed 3 slices of cheese, and 5 points is either just right or even a little excessive.

The day so far.

September 1, 2009

My leftover chicken curry (no rice). Six or seven points; I’ll give it 7 for the sauce.

Black coffee.

20 pushups.

Light blogging.
