Had some tortilla chips and salsa (6 points) and a banana (2 points). Up to 16 points for the day; I’ve got 17 left. With what I’ve got planned for dinner (pork chops, spinach knishes, grilled squash) I should be able to make it work without using any bonus points.

So I wrapped up yesterday with a banana, a soyjoy bar, and some homemade pork fried rice, and had a couple of lite beers as I watched THE PHILLIES WIN THE PENNANT! THE PHILLIES WIN THE PENNANT! THE PHILLIES WIN THE PENNANT!
This morning, another breakfast burrito for me: 8 points this time, since I used Weight Watchers shredded cheese instead of Gorgonzoloa, whose gaze can turn a man into stone.
Black coffee, too.
(P.S. I’ve decided that there’s no point in titling most of this stuff, so I’m just going to put whatever pops into my head as the title unless I have a reason not to.)

So last night I had some lite cheese and a few crackers, for 4 points. Which means I should find that ravioli package and actually do the math, to see if I dug into any bonus points last night. I’m guessing no, but 18 points is less leeway than 22.
This morning? Peanut butter toast and black coffee. I’m calling it 9 points altogether. 24 left for the day.

Had a banana for lunch (2 points). Finished up with ravioli. Don’t know how many points it was, but I’m fairly confident it was less than the 22 I had remaining.

Well, it’s been two weeks since my last confession.
Two awesome weeks of drinking, eating and gambling (Vegas, baby!), at the cost of 4.4 pounds. Were Cheesy Blasters involved? No, but they could’ve been. Some nights are a bit of a blur.
(As an aside: Boy, do I miss being part of the media elite.)
Anyway, I went to my meeting yesterday, registered a 4.4 pound gain, and have gotten back on the program starting this morning. Breakfast was a 9-point breakfast burrito. Lunch is TBD… but I’ve got black coffee brewin’. Time to get writing.

Had a phenominal night of drinking and burlesque on Saturday (I don’t *think* I went over my bonus point allotment, but I can’t undrink those martinis now). Yesterday I had two biggish meals (pancakes, and moo shoo pork). Again, I don’t think I went over my daily allotment, but I wasn’t keeping track as well as I should have.
Today, I start anew. My bonus points are gone, and I won’t be starting a new week until Thursday. My plan is to be good, and count, count, count.
Yesterday, by the way, I had a light breakfast (a banana), a medium lunch (leftover tikka masala) and a heavy dinner (three toasted cheese sandwiches — one right after the meeting–waiting to eat until after the scale isn’t a good idea!–and two more when I realized I was too busy to make dinner). But all in all, I think I came within my point total for the day. Then I got hungry again, and had a banana. So, 2 bonus points down, 33 to go. And a birthday blowout looming…
Today’s breakfast was peanut butter toast & black coffee, 7 points. I’m planning to have a banh mi (vietnamese sandwich) once I get into the city. I’ve got no idea how many points it will be– never even seen one before–but I suspect it’ll be my heavy meal for the day. That’s what I get for editing restaurant reviews all night.

So yesterday, I went to my meeting and discovered I’d lost 3.4 pounds.
That’s this Kentucky Bass. And it was catch-and-release, so he could still be swimming around out there.

Had some pizza (12 points), a few raspberries (2 points, tops, but probably 1), and then some chicken tikka masala and some naan — let’s call that 12 points or so. That’ll do.
